Phases of Coaching Engagement

Capstone’s elite team of executive coaches utilizes our proprietary coaching model A2IPE™. Capstone’s EXCEL Executive Coaching model™ is a structured, five-phase process designed to guide leaders through personal discovery, goal alignment, and behavioral transformation. Each phase is carefully constructed to drive meaningful growth and measurable leadership impact.

Coaching Program Options

Any of our programs may be tailored to address the specific development needs of each leader or team. Program durations are flexible.

Service	Description
Six-month 1:1 Executive Coaching Program	Two stakeholder meetings, 360-Degree Assessment Debrief, seven 1-hour coaching sessions, and two on-demand coaching conversations (up to 30 minutes each.) Center of Excellence e-Learning modules. Coaching sessions are scheduled independently.
12-month 1:1 Executive Coaching Program	Two stakeholder meetings, 360-Degree Assessment Debrief, thirteen 1-hour coaching sessions, and two on-demand coaching conversations (up to 30 minutes each.) Coaching sessions are scheduled independently.
Six-month Group Coaching (up to 7 leaders per group)	Two stakeholder meetings, Team assessment debrief session (3.5 hours), Five 90-min. group coaching sessions, one 1-hour 1:1 coaching session. Program Administrator coordinates schedules to create program calendar.
12-month Group Coaching (up to 7 leaders per group)	Two stakeholder meetings, Team assessment debrief session (3.5 hours), Eight 90-min. group coaching sessions, one 1-hour 1:1 coaching session. Program Administrator coordinates schedules to create program calendar.
On-Demand Coaching	Impromptu urgent coaching sessions as needed to address critical challenges or opportunities.
Talent Management Coaching: Job Performance Model	Developing a talent/succession plan, identifying critical success factors, performance deliverables, and competencies for critical positions. Researching and design the model.
