Dr. Tina Woodard founded Capstone Performance Solutions, Inc. in March 2016 with a vision to inspire leaders and organizations to reach their maximum potential. As both an accomplished engineer and HR executive with over twenty years of experience in the manufacturing, government, and education sectors, Dr. Woodard brings innovative solutions to clients looking to improve their profitability, build a strong organizational culture, and become transformational leaders.

Dr. Zenobia Edwards

Chief Strategy Officer

Dr. Zenobia C. Edwards is a transformational leader with more than two decades of experience advancing equity through education, nonprofit leadership, and social impact. She serves as Chief of Strategy at Capstone and Executive Director of the Old North State Medical Society, where she has expanded organizational capacity and secured major funding to strengthen community health. A Senior Fellow with the Aspen Institute, she champions community‑centered approaches to re‑entry and prevention in micropolitan cities nationwide. A visionary institution builder, she founded two award‑winning educational programs and co‑founded I Am B.E.A.U.T.I.F.U.L., Inc., which has empowered more than 13,000 girls. Dr. Edwards is a certified ACEs and trauma‑sensitive practices trainer and an accomplished scholar in educational leadership. Guided by a servant‑leadership philosophy, she is dedicated to creating pathways for individuals and communities to thrive.

Kajal Jain

Chief Information & Security Officer

Ms. Jain is a product executive and transformation strategist who helps organizations turn AI and automation into workforce advantage. She has led multi-million-dollar enterprise portfolios across multiple products, scaled global product teams at a healthcare startup, and brought roadmap clarity to compliance-heavy industries including healthcare, utilities, insurance, and financial services. 

As a fractional CTO and advisor, she blends engineering expertise, product leadership, and governance to modernize operations, reduce IT burden, and improve adoption. Her approach combines data-driven strategy with practical governance (NIST AI RMF, SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001) and change management.

Tammie M. Land

Senior Director of Programs

Ms. Tammie Land brings a wealth of leadership, facilitation, and coaching experience to the Capstone team. As a servant leader who thrives in high growth, rapidly changing environments, Tammie has managed multiple high priority goals and projects. Her experience in Learning & Development spans over 30 years across multiple vertical markets including Human Resources, Business / Operations, Cloud Services and Academic sectors.

Keysha Buchanan

HR & Operations Senior Consultant

Ms. Buchanan is a strategic human resource professional with over 15 years of experience across compensation, total rewards, and core HR functions, supporting for-profit, non-profit, and higher education organizations. She specializes in job architecture, salary structure design, market pricing, incentive programs, internal equity, conflict management, and building sustainable HR structures that bring clarity to complex environments. Known for her ability to bring order to ambiguity through effective communication and logical, data-informed systems, Keysha partners with leaders to strengthen performance and implement people-centered solutions aligned with organizational goals, transparency, and long-term impact.

Cicely Ruiz

Principal Operational Excellence Engineer

Cicely Ruiz is a Principal Operational Excellence Engineer who helps organizations improve performance through process clarity, stability, and continuous improvement. A Six Sigma Black Belt with an MBA, she blends technical rigor with business insight to identify root causes, reduce variation, and streamline complex operations. Her approach balances analytical discipline with a deep understanding of people, change management, and practical execution. Cicely is committed to empowering leaders and teams to shift from reactive problem‑solving to sustainable operational excellence, with a special passion for supporting women leaders and learning‑driven organizations.
