Kajal Jain is the Chief Technology & Security Officer (CTSO) at Capstone Performance Solutions, Inc., and a product executive and transformation strategist who helps organizations turn AI and automation into workforce advantage. She has led multi-million-dollar enterprise portfolios across multiple products, scaled global product teams in high-growth environments, and delivered roadmap clarity in compliance-heavy domains, including power and utilities and financial services.

As a fractional CTO and advisor, Kajal works with business, education, and public-sector leaders to move from pilots to production—driving faster releases, lower operating costs, and stronger employee adoption. Her approach blends data-driven strategy with practical governance (NIST AI RMF, SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001) and change management. At Capstone, she supports both client outcomes and internal operations, guiding IT governance and security practices with clarity, care, and precision.

Kajal earned an MBA from the University of Georgia and has multiple Master’s degrees in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Pune in India, and the University of Florida. She also is ISC2 CGRC certified professional.
