Tammie M. Land

Ms. Tammie Land brings a wealth of leadership, facilitation, and coaching experience to the Capstone team. As a servant leader who thrives in high growth, rapidly changing environments, Tammie has managed multiple high priority goals and projects. Her experience in Learning & Development spans over 30 years across multiple vertical markets including Human Resources, Business / Operations, Cloud Services and Academic sectors.

Tammie’s experience includes executive and mid-managerial leadership of large, medium, and small teams including direct, indirect, and strategic vendor relationships across multiple industries and varying employee bases. Her unique blend of highly technical, academic, and sales experience enables her to deliver executive eLearning development and consulting services to C-level, mid-management, and subject matter experts. Tammie possesses advanced budgetary, vendor and project management skills including the ability to work on multiple, complex multi-million-dollar project budgets, identifying project tasks, resource requirements, and facilitating the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables to C-level and mid-management. She brings over two decades of experience developing, deploying, and sustaining technical, operational, and soft skill curriculum applying adult learning theories and using multiple training modalities. Tammie is known to be a visionary business strategist who drives innovations that transform internal processes and procedures to improve efficiency.

Tammie earned a BS in Business Management from Letourneau University and a graduate degree in Business from Southern Nazarene University.
